You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, copywriting, images and video.

We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

When signin or registering on our app, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your email address or other details to help you with your experience.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of service, applications, platform provided by Flipick, including Flipick’s LMS Platform, and LTI Client, HBI Authoring Workflow on Microsoft Teams

You agree to hold harmless Flipick Pvt. Ltd., our subsidiaries, employees and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

When you buy a product from us, we store your name, address, contact and purchase information. We may use this information to fulfil your order, occasionally send you marketing email, and improve the user experience. All marketing communication will contain an opt-out link to unsubscribe.
For LTI Client App, we do not collect/store any user data.
